Because we know that your time is valuable; our Recruiters spend a few minutes with you to determine what your employment needs are and how we might best fit them. It’s important to us that we are on the same page before proceeding forward.
Our Recruiters will work with you and your availability to schedule an in-person or virtual interview. Our interview process takes a minimum of 1 hour; in which your Recruiter will introduce you to our Scheduling and HR Management. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on what working with us is like.
Internal and external processing of applications and interviews may take up to 7 business days. Our goal is to be as thorough as possible in determining whether we are the best fit for you.
Successful candidates will receive an offer of employment electronically. They have one calendar week to accept, decline or defer.
Following acceptance of an offer, our HR Department will contact you regarding scheduling in-person onboarding or virtual. Onboarding paperwork typically takes 1 hour to complete; it includes high priority documentation ranging from legal documents, payroll information, and policy overview to tips on how to adjust to agency work.
Prior to your first scheduled shift, our Scheduling Managers will work with you and our clients to ensure you are prepared to start. Training can vary from client-site to virtual. *May vary depending on facility*
Following completion of your first scheduled shift with Willow, our dedicated support staff will be in contact with you. We want to know how your shift went and any questions or concerns you may have.
