The Willow office staff might include 9-5ers, but that doesn’t mean you have to be! This organization complies with our employees’ best interests. Despite being an early bird or a night owl, Willow will accommodate your schedule accordingly.

Rates:

$35-$60/hour – rates increase with experience and with the availability of contracts.

We prioritize candidates that can cooperate and communicate effectively in concurrence with relevant healthcare staff and under the guidance of RNs, as well as the ability to ensure adequate attention and compassion towards their patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in a nursing home environment
• Record patient histories, perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and develop patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals
• Assist during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary
• Observe patient progress and record observations in patient medical records.
• Document patient interactions as needed
• Typically report to a shift supervisor or unit/department head

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) state of PA license
• Minimum 1 year experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or in-patient rehabilitation/hospital setting
• Pass a state-required background check
