We consider the minimum requirements for our Willow Professionals
1. Photo Identification
- We require a State Issued Driver’s license or another form of State/Government issued photo identifier.
2. Valid Professional Licenses & CPR Certifications:
- We conduct primary source verification of licenses verifying date of issue, expiration, status of licenses and certifications
- Our HR Department continuously works with our staff to ensure they are always in compliance before entering your building
- All Willow employees are minimally required to be BLS certified; additional certification is required depending upon the job description/ classification.
3. Background Clearances:
- PA Clearances, FBI Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance
- OIG & SAM Check
- Sex-offender Registery Check, USJ Portal
4. Drug Screening:
- Drug screenings are conducted upon hire, at random and for cause
- We ensure that we will meet client guidelines
5. Annual Physical Exam:
- Examinations must verify the employee is in good health, free of communicable diseases, and able to function in their profession at full capacity
6. Tuberculosis Screening/ Testing
7. Immunizations/ Vaccinations:
- We require documentation of all immunizations, vaccinations, titres, exemptions and declinations of the following:
- MMR & Varicella
- Hepatitis B
- Tdap
- COVID-19
- Influenza
8. Skills Checklist & Competency:
- All staff upon hire and annually are required to complete a skills checklist
- We also disseminate any additional competency testing required by our client facilities.
9. Professional References:
- We require a minimum of 3 professional references to verify the most recent employment experience
